No Response/Feedback on Registration or Academic Record

********** 7 - Final Year Student I registered for 2 modules: MNO3701 and MNM3712 for the first semester 2018. My registration status on MyUnisa shows only MNO3701 since 12th February, what has happened to MNM3712? The status for MNO3701 says "temporarily registered on 12 February - awaiting documents". Please advise? There are no financial details (Minimum payable amount etc) loaded onto my profile, so I have no idea how much to pay for my studies this semester.

Furthermore, I have been sending you emails for the past 9 months with reference to the query detailed below. Please could someone look into this, I have passed an exam with distinction, I have not been given the credits for this exam and my academic record does not reflect the fact that I have passed this module:

I wrote and passed MNP3703 exam with distinction (75%) during the May/June exam period of 2017. This is not reflected on my academic record and I have not been assigned the credits for passing this exam. Please rectify/advise I have been sending emails in this regard for close on a year now with no response.
