No response to enquiry

To whom it may concern,<br> Can someone please respond to my email below? I sent this email on the 08 Jan 2015 and then again the 17th of Feb 2015 but I have received no reply. Can someone please respond to me ASAP as I need to know what to do for the next semester.<br> <br> To: '***'<br> Subject: Student Number: 3175 092 3<br> I am busy completing the Higher Certificate in Accounting Sciences (98201) and below are my completed study units (please see academic record). According to me I must still complete the following modules to complete this course:<br> AUE1501 - Introduction to Auditing<br> BNU1501 - Basic Numeracy<br> MAC1501 - Introduction to Management Accounting<br> TAX1501 - Taxation of Salaried Persons<br> However when I registered, module SUS1501 also came up for an outstanding module to complete. I have completed module EUP1501 (please see below Academic Record). I saw the notification that Students who have previously passed EUP1501 will receive credit for SUS1501. <br> Why do I still have SUS1501 coming up as an outstanding module to complete?
