No response to application

In 2017 I app**** to study Masters in Inclusive Education via RPL. I submitted all my applications on time. However I am yet to receive feedback on my application. I have constantly been liasing with the RPL department and the last communication I received from them said that they were busy finalising my feedback letter so that I can register. This was last month and I still have not received anything. Following this, I received an email from the general Masters department telling me that my application was unsuccessful because I do not hold the correct qualifications - OBVIOUSLY I DON'T HOLD THE CORRECT QUALIFICATIONS WHICH IS WHY I APP**** VIA RPL. I am tired of waiting and somebody needs to point me in the right direction now!
