No response regarding my application for PGCE

I app**** for PGCE (Foudation phase) course in September 2015. I paid my R100 application fee and submit documents. Unisa informed me on 27 November that they have new system and will let me know about application in December. Registration open on 4 January and still no response from Unisa. I emailed them twice regarding this matter but they did not reply.
