NO RESPONSE or FEEDBACK FROM UNISA

My daughter, MM van Heerden studies with UNISA. I have two problems:<br> 1. She wrote an exam 22/10/2015 with code number for paper 497745, in Kimberley. However, she received an UNISA notification that she did not write. She send NUMEROUS emails to UNISA, plus the receipt as proof of her writing, to no avail. Instead, her marks indicated that she has not written the exam. Mrs Louw, from the Kimberley office assisted us with this matter, but not even she received feedback on this matter.<br> 2. Secondly, my daughter studied with UFS before 2015 and requested credit for the subjects she has done FROM UNISA. After all this time, 7 MONTHS LATER, we still have no feedback on this matter either. THus we don't know how long her studies will take either, because there is NO FEEDBACK OR RESPONSE. Her student number is: ***4.
