No response on emal, cant get throgh on the phone

I have been battling to g et feedback from Unisa, sent an email regarding Credits on modules currently registered for and exam period around the corner - forced to rewrite those modules. i also have a Credit of R4700 with Unisa which I have been battling to have it refunded, have sent numerous emails to Unisa but no feedback. so frustrating
