NO RESPONSE ON EMAIL AND TELEPHONE ENQURIES

UNISA is a no response institution. Unless you are able to go to the campus, you cannot get assistance. No one ever picks up their phones for inquiries or responds to our emails. We are kept on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Its very unprofessional and dont apply the spirit of Ubuntu.

The university obviously takes more students than it is able to accommodate for service.
