No response on application to register

I've app**** to register for a PGCE on 1 September 2015 (for the second time). I've emailed numerous times during the course of applications to ensure they received it in good order - no response. I've emailed and called numerous times during registration to see what the outcome was of my application. The only response I received with telephonically with 'wait till you get a response'. I've been a student at UNISA since 2010 completed a degree and Hons and I am very disappointed with the no communication what so ever from the University and the fact that due to lack of service/ staff training I will be delayed with my studies.<br> <br> I sincerely hope someone at Unisa will read this and respond but i see the reply ratio is 5%...sigh
