No Response on Application

I app**** to study 30 October 2015, today is 03 Jan 2016 and still no answer. I've send about 50 email (Not kidding), I have been trying to phone them. ALL numbers on the website are either engaged or states that my call can not be taken. I paid my application fees, but NO response form them...?!?!?!?!
