No response on Application

I Submitted my Application in September 2015. In December I got a mail stating that they are processing the applications as rapidly as systems would allow them and thus seek your tolerance a little while longer. It is now January and registration has commenced. I am still awaiting a response!! It doesn't even help to phone them because there is no answer. I have send them inquiries as well but only get an auto response.
