No Response/Help/Service

I am a last year student at Unisa. I have a problem with my examination timetable being that two of my subjects fall on the same day at the same time. Ever since I found out about the double I have been trying to contact Unisa. I have tried to phone Unisa's examination centre, I have tried to phone the College of Human Sciences, I even tried to phone the invigilator to no avail. I have sent emails and the only response I got was from a woman who could not help me but gave me numbers and email addresses of the people who could. I have tried phoning these numbers and I have sent emails but no one seems interested in helping me. <br> <br> The exams are starting this week if I am not mistaken. This is not only my last year but my last semester. I struggled to get my subjects registered because I am taking six instead of the usual five, all so that I would be able to finish my degree this semester. Now by placing two subjects, who are by the way in same department, on the same day at the same time will result in myself not being able to finish my degree this semester.
