No response from UNISA re Registration

My request for 2 study units have been successfully submitted, and Unisa even went as far as to show me what my Study Fees are. More than 2 weeks down the line, only one of these subjects have been uploaded to the MyUnisa site. The contact numbers supp**** on the Unisa main website, DO NOT WORK, and the faculty number for my specific subject, KEEPS RINGING. I have now sent 4 eMails to ***, requesting information, since not doing the two subjects together will have an impact on my completion date.<br> First eMail sent: 22 July 2015 - Confirmation of receipt received<br> Second eMail sent: 27 July 2015 - Confirmation of receipt received<br> Third eMail sent: 04 August 2015 - Confirmation of receipt received<br> Fourth eMail sent: 20 August 2015 - Confirmation of receipt received<br> UNSIA is quick to send you letters for payment, but never available to assist you with your study career. Do not believe their adverts, the marketers have no clue what is really going on \downstairs". <br> It is too late now to start with the second subject"
