no response from UNISA

i really don't have words, all i need is assistance to apply for admission with Unisa please. I did a bridging course with Unisa (student number: ***4). successfully completed with distinction. I tried for the past two years and its says i already have a student number, when i enter my student number it says its not a formal student number, i need to send an email to retrieve a formal student number. I am waiting for the past two years now for feedback since i sent an email. i sent another email this year and NO RESPONSE from Unisa yet again. Can someone please send me a valid email address or rather a contact number that works where i can get a hold of someone that can assist please. please please please.
