No response from insitution

I enquired, since 3 weeks ago, through email and calls, regarding adding additional modules to my qualification. No response from econ and registrations.. I deflated with a lady called *****ba masinyanna, who was rude and put the phone down on me. The query was referred to tebogo mohatjane, who stopped responding to my email, 2 weeks ago
