No response from HR Unisa

We are trying to get hold of Unisa’s HR department they don’t bother to answer emails or phones, around *** they had their employees and spouses take out funeral policies with Sanlam, my mother have not received a single policy schedule/wording and we urgently need to claim on that policy she is paying for monthly and make an amendment but we need the details from Unisa but they are uncooperative!!!!! The only reference appearing on her bank statement when Sanlam is debiting the premium for NFP***. Mrs AA Schutte ***
