No response from exam/purchase script department

<p>I am trying to make an enquiry about an exam mark I received during the Oct/Nov 2016 exams.</p> <p>I cannot have a remark as my marks do not fall in the required brackets. I have however contacted the purchase script department and submitted the completed form on the 10th and 21st of January, but there is still NO RESPONSE. They said my account would be debited with the required amount, but so far it has only been debited with the R160 from the remarking department. Although the request was denied, I have paid the amount. They do not respond to my emails and the given phone number on the contact details web page does not work.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need to follow up on this exam mark as it influences my average for my degree.</p>
