No response for overdue application

Really pathetic service from a distance university, it has been the second time in a space of two years that i have been trying to change my qualification and I am not gwtting any feedbacks i have been trying to get a hold of people at offices they just let the phones rings, no feedback i have paid the application fee 6 weeks ago feedback was supposed to be provided already all i get is application still needs to be processed... Can i get assistance we pay we require the service we require communication. The level of service is bad and this cannot be the way for us to continue we pay for services and that should be done...
