NO RESPONSE FOR OVER A MONTH

I had submitted a request to Unisa on 04/11/2015 - up to date 14/12/2015, I still have not received any feedback which means I can not registed for the upcoming academic year until they decide that they will answer my enquiry.<br> <br> PATHETIC!!
