No response and phones constantly engaged all day

I have attempted to register via the online registration platform offered by Unisa. my first registration attempt was on 26 January 2016 of which I subsequently received a message stating that I had registered too many modules from level 1 Group B. I am now trying to register for level 2 modules however the system then advises that you I attempt to reapply and re-register which I have done however the system shows that my application is in progress. i am very worried because registration is closing very soon and i believe assignment material is already available. I have sent e-mails and have yet to receive responses and have attempted several times to call the enquires line provided by the institution on their website however the line remains constantly engaged throughout the day everyday.<br> <br> this is highly frustrating!
