No response and no answer

It seems impossible to get hold of UNISA. I have been calling all the numbers on their website EVERY day and no answer, apart from a voice operated machine that let's one hold on for hours ****erally).<br> <br> I have also e-mailed the university, but no response.<br> <br> I cannot register for this semester without the required information!
