No response again

<br> <br> Over a week ago I requested my academic record to be sent to me. The initial response was that my request had been sent to the exams department. I have since sent another email but have not had a response. I am leaving to go overseas tomorrow and I really wanted to submit my masters application before I leave. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. My student number is ***5.
