No response about changing my exam venue

<p>I have been struggling to contact Unisa staff about changing my examination venue since April.</p> <p>Last week I finally got an email reply from the Helpdesk (Thank you Roxanne Wilson) and recieved an information update form. I filled the form in as fast as I could, submitted it via email and attempted to phone the corresponding individuals I was reffered to - to see how far the process has come.<br />No one answers the phones and no one replies to my emails.<br />In their documentation Unisa says that a venue change cannot be made after a certain cut off date, yet they don't respond within the period of time required to make the changes.</p> <p><br />This is my first year with Unisa, I app**** for studies with them in September 2015 yet they only registered me to study in Februry 2016 after the first assignment was due. Judging from this tardiness I can only assume my exam venue will not be updated and I will not be able to write my exams as the venue is in another town and I cannot afford to travel there to write those exams.</p>
