no response

I app**** for a course on time last year, up until now I have received no response. all I got was a link to check my application, but it always says \awaiting decision\", I have sent emails - mail box always full. called, no answer. and I understand closing date for registration is end of Jan, so is Unisa waiting to respond after closing date? when I can not do anything about it? is it really hard to just tell me whether I'm accepted or not?"
