No Response

I am a former Unisa student, and recently contacted them trying to get an official transcript as I am looking to apply for an MBA program. I have sent in the form they requested from me inorder for them to send the transcript. This was 2 weeks back and still no transcript. I have tried phoning but the phones are either engaged or not answered, I have sent numerous e-mails with no response from Unisa. I do not know what to do as the application deadline is drawing near and I am not in South Africa where I can visit the admin office directly. I did not expect such a poor level of service from such a reputable organization. <br> <br> Someone please do your job
