No response

I app**** for one qualification and got accepted for a different one. the letter states that i do not qualify for the one I app**** for. when i check the requirements I notice that the requirements for these courses are the same. I have emailed Unisa 4 time, got no response except that automated thing they send and tried to call them numerous times and all the phones are not going through.
