No Response

If I wasn't actually seriously interested in a course offered through UNISA I would not be bothering to write this review.

I have been trying to contact UNISA for 2 weeks via phone and email, I have been calling and sending emails everyday to which I have not yet received a response. I have posted on your Facebook page too. It is unprofessional to have contact details for a service that no one answers or responds to. As an educational institute offering services and course material, it is only professional to ensure that contact is maintained with prospective students.

I find this very frustrating that whilst the lack service received I still find myself desperately trying to get into contact with one of your staff members.
