NO RESPONSE!!!!

For almost two months now I've tried every phone number on Google and send emails so several adresses - NO RESPONSE. I have an account query of an existing student. I phoned Pretoria, Cape Town, Johannesburg and George numbers. No answer. This is super frustrating!!! And my daughter's studies are influenced negatively!
