No responds to emails

Does anyone ever respond at Unisa? Sending numerous emails with no respond. I app**** for a Higher Certificate in banking and was not accepted, I then app**** for appeal sending numerous email, seeing someone read your email but no one responds, Unisa is such a big institute but no one really care, if you call theirs no answer or the number remains busy. Like seriously guys u playing with my future here
