NO RESPONCE!!

I have registered on the 2nd of July and paid my registration fees. Today is the 14th of July and it still shows that I am temporary registered and that they await payment. I have send numerous emails without any response , I have phoned non stop and no one picks up a phone!! This is becoming really frustrating.
