No Reponse from UNISA

I have been sending emails to Unisa since the registrations opened regarding a Error message I keep on receiving that I did not obtain enough Credits to be readmitted but when I app**** for admission last year to change my degree admission was granted for the new the degree I app**** for to study. I don't get any response on my emails and I work long hours so I cannot get to the regional offices before the registration period closes.
