No registration due to poor service at unisa

I app**** to be enrolled and was given acceptance letter and I also accepted an offer but when registration time comes, the system says my student number doesn't match personal data hence at some point I emailed my ID in the name that my name was wrongly captured however nothing was done which I believe is the reason of my misery. I sent countless email in vain. I am frustrated and still want to register for postgraduate diploma in risk management.
