No refund from UNISA for the past 2 months

<p>I wanted to reg with UNISA but laterbon decided to hold for a moment due to personal reasons, all hell started when i app**** for a 2800 refund, nothing was ever done, i gave the guy at Sunnyside my bank statement and he took what "he needed" for my application to be processed, only to be called after a month and be notified, Mr pulela am terribly sorry sent me another bank statement as the previous one i took didnt have an address, what does that evn mean i gave you the statement u can see clearly the money came from my account, i need the money replaced in same account?? next i emailed finan@unisa and after 3 weeks they said there is no proof of payment, i sent you guys a page of my bank statement and the eft i made to UNISA IS CLEARLY marked, what constitutes proof, couldnt sent any further mail to them as their inbox is now full, what do you take us for really UNISA, WHAT?? </p>
