no people on duty to meet supply of people

I have come through to Unisa to deregister for one subject which I am unable to do online. I have been here for 2 hours thus far.For the first hour there were two people on duty who had to see to +/- 50 people. Now there is only one person and its taking each student 45 minutes per student. This is regsitration period they should hire more staff to help with queries.. That is why people lose hope in the education system. Trying to study is made difficult by the education tertiary system instead of it being a pleasant experience. It turns out to be a miserable experience.
