NO-ONE CAN EVER GET HOLD OF UNISA

No-one at Unisa picks up the phone. They take 3 to 4 weeks to respond to emails and another 2 to 3 weeks to respond to SMSes. Currently I've been on hold for the last hour. Imagine those poor students who don't have enough airtime and have to wait for so long. I've had this problem last year when trying to register and again now trying to get hold of them to sort our my arrears account and find out why I don't have access to the library. This isn't only my experience, check out their facebook page. Everyone complains of the same thing.
