No help from student advisors

I am a third year student, completing my degree this year. However, I am trying to establish exactly which modules I still need to do, as the degree I am enrolled for expires at the end of this year. I have been told that the student advisors cannot assist me now, as they are busy with walk-in registrations. I think this is ridiculous, as Unisa is suppose to be a distance learning university, but they cannot assist me over the phone, I need to go there in person. This is really bad service. Registration closes this week, and I would just like to know that I have registered for the correct modules to complete my degree. My student nr is ***2
