NO HELP FROM JANUARY

unisa is really the worst learning institue in South Africa, They fail to assist in any area, no-one answers the phones and if by some miracle they do, they can't help you. I am honestly disgusted with the service i received today from rude people sitting in their offices and treat me like im getting educated by them for free. Heads of departments tell me they can't help me, what do they expect me to do, im a final year student who's life depends on this degree and they don't seem concerned to allow me to add on a study unit, which by the way I have to pay for and I have to study for, they not doing me any favours. <br> <br> I will never study through this place which claims to be and \EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION\" again. it's being run just the same as our country is. <br> <br> Very dissapointed"
