No help for past pupils

<p>I am a past pupil from Unisa, living overseas, and in order for me to have my qualifications assessed so I can work here with my actual degree, I need my Unisa Transcript. I have tried many different ways to get hold of Unisa to find out how I can get this transcript, written to multiple e-mails and called several numbers, even sent my friends living close by on my behalf, But I have either gotten useles help or no response at all. Is this how Unisa treats past pupils? I can't even get hold of you?</p> <p>Extremely frustrated and annoyed.</p>
