No help

I have been struggling for the past 3 weeks to get my student number from Unisa. I have tried the online portal to retrieve the student number but get error that my details do not exist. When I try apply as a new student apparently I have a student number. I keep going in circles. I have sent numerous emails and calls to no success. How else am I to get the student number? No one is responding to my emails and the phone calls I keep getting trnasferred from pillar to post. Can some respond? It is absolutely ridiculous. I can accept a wait of maybe 3 or 4 days but 3 weeks is just a joke. I need to reregister.
