No Graduation since 2019!!!!!!!!!!!

I am Ms A Smith I'm just using my boyfriend's profile. I finished my studies June 2019. UNISA has still not issued my certificate. They say my matric is invalid, but they let me do a bridging course and study all 4 years. When I wanted to graduate they said they were never suppose to let me study because of my matric. Now my graduation process is stuck at the matriculation board where I'm waiting for an exemption certificate.
