No feedbak on application

I app**** at the sunnyside campus to do an LLB(non degree purposes) and payed the application fee immediately after that but I haven't received feedback on my application. This is frustrating my education is very important to me and I have to do some undergraduate law modules in order to qualify to do my masters whats worse is I have tried calling but the phones are engaged, I sent numerous smses and emails but received no response I even sent a formal complaint to the ombudsman but still nothing. I am usually a patient person but this is unacceptable because registration has already began. I seriously need assistance urgently
