No feedback to queries

I have been looking to change the degree I am doing through UNISA, to a different one (Most of the same modules as my current course, but wit a few extra subjects more suited to my current career path).<br> <br> When trying to register this semester the drop down list that used to show all the available courses now only showed the course I was already on. on 11-01-2016 I sent a query to the UNISA helpdesk regarding this, and on 18-01-2016 I send another query to follow up, and as of now I've yet to get any feedback, and the registration window is almost closed
