No feedback regarding application

I app**** for Advanced Diploma in Accounting Sciences Certificate in The Theory of Accountancy (98230 - CTA) around July 2016, today is 24 Jan 2016 and still no answer. I've sent about 100 emails and been to UNISA Pretoria Campus many times, they have been referring me to one person to the other and they all took my numbers promising to call me back but i have not heard from UNISA.I have been trying to phone them. ALL numbers on the website are either engaged or states that my call can not be taken. PLEASE HELP
