No feedback received since last year

<p>II'm so dissapointed with the service from UNISA. I app**** last year around September for 2 modules to be credited thay I had done at UKZN as I'm supposed to graduate this year. I was told to provide aomething documents which I did aubmit immediately and was given the ref no. 16332nx20372. I never received any feedback thereafter. Registration period is almost over. I need to know whether I will be credited thee modules so I can graduate or will I have to repeat them. I'm worried that I will never get a response and tegistration period will soon be over. Ive even tried to reach out to Unisa on face book but they ignore my requeat and reapond to other people. Can someone please find the time to assist me. </p>
