No feedback received

My daughter registered online and we paid in the R100 for the next semester to start CA but did not hear anything back so we went online to check and as per online there is documents outstanding. I then sent a mail to [Email Removed] with her student number asking what docs is outstanding as we are sure everything was submitted but NO reply. I have sent a sms to 32695 aswell as 43578 with NO reply. I then tried calling the Daveyton campus as that is the nearest to us on *** for 3 days with NO answer. Where do we then get a answer of what is needed if NO ONE is replying or assisting us and then they obviously going to tell us it has passed the deadline. No wonder our kids does not get education because our universities/colleges does not want to assist us... Just tell us that you dont want to help and we will know to go to another college. Absolutely shocking to say the least!!!!!
