NO FEEDBACK ON REGISTRATION

I've phoned UNISA twice a week for almost a month to track my registration. The first three times they said everything is fine my registration is pending. Now they say no application was received yet I have got a letter in the post also saying it's pending. I've paid money for this!?<br> <br>
