NO FEEDBACK ON REFUND REQUEST

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I requested a refund on my Unisa account, the 15 days for the refund to be processed will be this Friday 27th of May 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>However i have yet to recieve confirmation of my request!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>It is highly annoying that your institution does not respond to any form of communication, please advise urgently.</p>
