No feedback on Applications Submitted

I have put in an application in October 2015. to date i have no response. how do you expect students to graduate at an institution that has no integrity? When you call Unisa , calls never get answered. Who pays the employees at unisa for doing absolutely nothing? Unisa is very quick in sending confirmation when you owe them outstanding fees. But very useless when students require service. this is an email sent in December 2015: \With the additional resources and staff deployed to assist with the verifying and validation of the huge number of applications the University wants to ensure that all applicants for 2016 are informed about the status of their application within the next two weeks in order to facilitate the registration process commencing on 4 January 2016"NEXT TWO WEEKS???
