No feedback on application to study

I remember applying to study for the 2020 academic year exactly on the applications opened in August last year... till today there has been no response in regards to my application, when I select the track application status on their website it reads 'You're application still needs to be processed' - registrations are closing next Friday and I still don't have a response on the application. Can I please urgently get a response on my application so I can register to study.
