No feedback on application

Unable to contact on land line and speak to someone telephonically. Phone just rings. No feedback on my application done in October 2015 for 2016. I've sent several email querying from unisa portal - no feedback. I'm concerned that should my application not be approved I will not be given the opportunity to choose another course due to timing. Very concerned.
