No Feedback - No studies

I have never been so frustrated dissapointed at the same time. I have been trying to contact UNISA since the beginning of January up to date and sent various emails just to get no response or a response that does not pertain to my studies or requests. I was under the impression that I have finished my degree, but never received confirmation from Unisa. Ever since, I have been trying to figure out what am I supposed to do to either finish my degree and if it is completed, trying to get feedback on my application for admission to hounours. Instead, I am stuck with no feedback and no registration.
